Meet the Staff - Enigma Machine

Eni is COO of Eternally your, fortunate for us a Coo is not a COoKoo! What does Chief Of Operations Do at Eternally Your you ask? Why let me show a small list of what this amazing woman accomplish's in a short time.
- Charge of keeping things smooth and flowing over all
- Ensuring all staff are knowledgeable of their areas and expectations (even if its just follow up and supervise)
- Staffing for sales, customer service and marketing, interviewing , hiring and training
- Planning and staffing of bookings making sure planning staff are adhering to our guidelines and policies, following up so everything runs smoothly
- Working along side Honor (Owner) for planning of the business, implementing any changes and communicating with the team
- Overseeing that things have been done as required. Venue set up cards submitted properly from staff and passed to frog.
- Mall overseeing with frog (extra set of eyes)
Now as you can there this is only a small part of what this lovely woman accomplishes her at EY. She is a savior when things need to be done and in a rush. I had a chance to sit down with her and get to know here a little bit, and this is what she had to tell me.
Eni can you tell us a little about what it is you do for Eternally Yours?
What do I do at Eternally Yours? Hmm may be easier to say I dont DJ and I don't do photography unless its an emergency! I started off just 'helping out' a friend' (Frog) and things kinda snowballed or progressed (however you wanna look at it) from there! So I started in sales, learned all the venues and packages and then just moved into planning and officiating. I assist with training the staff, allocating staff to bookings, assisting out vendors with their stores. I can rip a venue apart and customize the crap out of it. And personalize a venue to such an extent that it almost becomes a new venue. Sim decorating, terraforming, shoulder to cry on, boot to kick ass with!
If you had to pick your favorite venue what would be it and why?
My favorite venue I think is the Spring Garden Venue. Its large and open and when the sim is decorated around that venue it looks totally amazing.
What is your favorite memorable wedding?
Most memorable wedding I think was Isa and Ross ... they had arranged an offsite wedding that we were staffing. There was a major problem with the sim they were using. It was a homestead so there was a restriction on the number of people that could get on the sim at any one time. 15 minutes before the wedding and the guests had the sim full. Neither the staff nor the wedding party could get onto the sim. There were 2 choices. Cancel or come to Eternally yours ... the wedding started an hour late, but the couple got their perfect day at our sim. Tragedy avoided!!
What is your favorite thing about weddings?
My favorite thing about weddings? Hmm .. i think it has to be making someones vision/dream a reality. That moment when the couple see their venue for the first time, with all the personalization completed and sim decorated. Most are astonished at the end result. Its a real feel good factor thing.
How long have you been in second life?
I have been in secondlife for almost 3 years.
What else do you do in second life?
I also have my own bloodlines clan, and I am the marketing manager for Dance Island.

One more thing i found out, she love to wear her sunglasses at night.
